"We are hiring a HR Manager to lead the transformation of company culture, people operation and manage the HR teams in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Torino (Italy). Your mission is to develop the company to be the leading global designer eyewear e-retailer and lead the strategic direction and execution of the HR strategy - in attracting, retaining the best people and building an engaging, high-energy work environment."

You will be working closely with the executive team in shaping the future of talent recruitment and management. You must be someone who loves working with people from diverse backgrounds taking on different responsibilities be hands-on and naturally drives change. You will be working with people from 25 different countries around the world where everything is operating at a dynamic pace.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Direct and execute all areas relating to HR and office environment. Including Recruitment Retention and Company’s Social program

  • ​Recruitment: Be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all Company recruitment across its global offices

  • Retention: Be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the Company retention program including career development appraisal system training and mentorship

  • Compensation: Lead the company strategic direction on employee compensation and benefits within a challenging operating budget

  • Office Environment: Lead strategy and execution on strategy to maintain and improve enjoyable healthy and productive office environment


Lead HR team of 7 people (5 in Shanghai 1 in Hong Kong 1 in Italy).

  • Collaborate with department managers assisting them on all HR matters relating to their team as required

  • Report monthly to Management Team on KPIs and key developments

  • Manage and grow external company reputation including key online platforms.

  • Promote company values and nurture a fun innovative and motivating work environment

  • Promote transparency through newsletters and internal communication channels

  • Proven working experience in HR management

  • People oriented and results driven

  • Fluency in English (Mandarin a plus)

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office software (Word PowerPoint and Excel)

  • Excellent organisational communication and problem solving skills and great attention to detail

  • Multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Interest in the world of e-commerce fashion and / or eyewear

  • Ability to develop strategy and execute efficiently

  • Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills

  • Able to manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
