Description of Duties

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences for students.
  • Develop lesson plans and instructional materials and provide individualized and group instruction to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student.
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
  • Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
  • Participate in department meetings, parent meetings, and student counseling sessions as needed.
  • Stay updated with latest teaching techniques and best practices.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Native fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; TESOL or TEFL certification.
  • Previous teaching experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest educational tools and methods.
  • Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
