Responsibilities:
l Providing high-quality phone email and in-person support for Feitian products
2 Replicating complex customer issues and solving problems
3 Providing a conduit between product teams and customers on issues
4 Recognizing and communicating product issues to the development team
5 Direct assistance to the Sales team with online on-call or onsite product questions and demonstrations
6 Providing community and online support in our forum
7 Working with customers on case resolutions
8 Continually contributing insights to our knowledge database

Skills and Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree in computer science information systems electronic engineering or related field
2 Strong problem solving skills
3 Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
4 Highly organized and detail-oriented
