Job Description
1. Proficient in Unreal material system, lighting system and
other related functions, able to achieve various graphic rendering effects used
in realistic style games;
2. Understand the needs and problems of art development, and
provide adequate technical support;
3. Create and standardize the development process of art
resources;
4. Implement and discover the problems in the art
development process, develop tools or plug-ins to solve the problems, optimize
the process, and improve the work efficiency of the art team;
5. Studied the rendering effects of the latest excellent
realistic games, and kept paying attention to the research of new technologies
and tools in the industry.
Job Qualification
1. At least 1 year working experience in game industry
modeling, special effects, etc., used next generation game engine;
2. Understand the principle and process of PBR and have the
ability to develop Shader or art tools;
3. Proficient in Maya, 3DS Max, Photoshop and other modeling
tools;
4. Deep understanding of game art development process, able
to find process problems and solve problems with development tools;
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills;
6. Good art aesthetic ability.
