Senior Architect manager

Job description:
1 Responsible for the concept and conceptual design of the project;
2 Complete the perspective drawing under the direction of the Department manager;
3 Preparatory work: data collection information arrangement
4 Responsible for the design process and design units on the architectural design of communication coordination and planning follow-up to ensure that the design tasks as scheduled quality and complete;
5 Coordinate with other majors in technical issues concerning architectural design;
6 Responsible for the entire process from front to back of the project;

Qualifications
1 Bachelor degree or above major in architecture;
2 More than 15 years experience in construction related industry;
3 Good attitude good job sense of smell good reception ability communication ability and executive ability;
4 Skilled use of AUTOCAD SKETCH-UP PHOTOSHOP ADOBE SOFTWARES MS OFFICE;
5 Able to work under pressure with strong affinity careful work strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
6 English can be used as a working language " German priority.""
