About the client

chips, Pepsi Cola, Quaker cereal, and PepsiCo.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the team to analyze large and complex datasets
across multiple categories, channels, customers, and clusters, and highlight
sales opportunities through customers/channels;
- Responsible for the delivery, innovation, and continuous
improvement of reporting and analysis service packages for SLAs to improve
operational efficiency, efficiency, and control capabilities of Chinese food;
- Drive the team to deliver key reports across sales
organizations and key customer environments;
- Develop sales, pricing, and promotion models to enhance
the decision-making ability of the Chinese food business team;
- Provide training, new tools and methods to optimize and
standardize reporting and analysis as a competitive advantage in the Chinese
food market;
- By eliminating duplicate reports, continuously improving
reporting capabilities, standardizing reports where applicable, and developing
new reports to achieve faster and better decision-making processes.
Qualification
- Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Trade/Business/IT from China
- At least 5 years of experience in using data analysis and
reporting platforms
- 3 years of personnel management experience
Compensation
Annual pre-tax salary of 300,000 RMB commensurate with
experience and qualifications
