"The Sales Executive will report to the Sales Manager directly. The sales team consists of the Sales Manager – Sales Assistant – Sales Executive (surveyor)"

Essential Duties:

  1. Perform accurate surveys at customer house to determine the volume and weight of shipments access to the place andimportant information that operations will need at the time of the execution of the job.

  2. Go through customs requirements for origin and destination as well as general process of moving.

  3. Prepare quotations based on the surveyed volume send to customers or agents and follow up until the job is booked.

  4. Prepare Job Instruction base on client’s requirement and pass the file to Customer Service.

  5. Assist accounting with Account Receivables when necessary.

  6. Attend networking events when necessary.

  7. Meet with potential accounts and sell the service bring more business to the company.


Required Minimum Qualifications:

  1. The Sales Executive will need to learn to use the Ipad (volume estimator app) for the volume and weight estimations and themove management program.

  2. 1 to 3 years’ sales experience freight forwarding or foreign trade is preferred.

  3. Service oriented with sales mindset.

  4. Proactive and able to work under pressure.

  5. Good English communication ability.
