工作职责Responsibilities:
1 .新产品详细作业流程&PFMEA设计
New production detailed process & PFMEA design
2. 设计生产线产能及生产工艺布局设计
"Design Production line capacity &process Layout"
3. 新产品工作桌设计
Determine work-table which is used for new production
4. 指导新产品Prototype /OTS/PPAP样品制作
"guide to product Prototype /OTS/PPAP sample production"
5. 新产品作业标准制作及老产品作业标准更新维护
Establish Work instruction for new production and update the old production work instruction
6. 协助分析生产线异常问题，主导工艺改善
To assist the analysis of abnormal production line problem lead the process improvement
7. 处理公司内部或客户邮件

任职资格Requirements:
1. 工业工程、机械制造相关专业本科以上学历。
At least Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.
2. 了解精益生产方法
experience on LEAN manufacturing
3. 具有3年以上制造业IE或持续改进相关工作经验 熟悉动作分析方法， MOD
Above 3 years IE experiences in manufacture industry or related working experiences familiar with Motion analyses method and MOD etc.
4. 能够独立设计产品生产流程。
can independently the design production process.
5. 熟练应用IE改善的七大手法。
Proficient the seven skills of IE improvement.
6. 良好的办公自动化软件和AUTOCAD 操作
Good Office software and AutoCAD skill
7. 具备敏锐的观察能力，善于发现问题。
Good appetency
8. 良好的人际交往能力，具备较强的沟通能力，较强的动手能力，较强的学习能力。
