1.Experience working in a leather goods and luggage factory is preferred.
2.Graduates with a background in textile engineering-related majors are preferred.
3.Establishing and standardizing a comprehensive IE system for the factory, accomplishing process improvements, conducting work time measurements for each process, ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production process
4.Responsible for calculating the labor costs for all processes of backpacks, handbags, shoulder bags, and other types of bags in the factory.
5.Ensure that the labor costs for various bags are in line with market conditions and company requirements.
