About the role

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Fubo Sports. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership and Staff Management

• Effectively manage and lead a team of dedicated coaches and support staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to staff, ensuring they deliver top-quality training and services.

Customer Relationship Management

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving for complete customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to enhance our offerings based on customer insights.

Business Development

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the football training industry.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep at the forefront of the market.

Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience.
