As a Game Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our games. You will collaborate with a dynamic development team, guiding them through an iterative process to create extraordinary gaming experiences. We're seeking individuals who not only excel in game design but also have a profound passion for the gaming industry or relevant PvP game design experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the development team to create captivating and innovative game features. Foster a creative and collaborative environment where ideas flourish, and game design excellence is achieved.
• Embrace an iterative design approach to refine gameplay mechanics, systems, and user experiences. Continuously playtest and provide constructive feedback to ensure the game meets our high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the overall vision for the game, ensuring it aligns with market trends and player expectations. Bring fresh ideas to the table and help shape the game's direction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the gaming industry, including emerging trends, competitor games, and player preferences. Use this knowledge to enhance our games.

PvP Expertise (Preferred):

• If you have experience in Player vs. Player game design, your insights will be highly valued. Share your expertise in creating balanced and engaging PvP gameplay mechanics.

Monthly salary is from 25,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
