We have an excellent new opportunity for an Architectural Design Director to join FKL Associates LLC (上海洽澜建筑设计有限公司）,an award winning architectural design firm located in Shanghai, China.
As part of this challenging new role, you will become the ambassador for the design of exciting variety of mixed-use, shopping mall, retail, hotel, office, serviced apartments projects as design leader of exceptional creative designers.
Skills/ qualifications required for this Architectural Design Director role:
* Fully qualified Architect having a number of years' worth of experience post qualification and already having experience in an Associate/ Design Director level role on commercial projects concept to schematic design.
* Strong design flair
* Proven work-winning capabilities
* Experience of overseeing delivery of a variety of different projects
* You must be an effective leader with very strong communication skills in English or Chinese
* Be a strategic thinker
* Having strong working knowledge of both international and/or China building regulations and planning policies.
