About the role

As a Community Management Specialist, you will be responsible for nurturing and enhancing our overseas game communities on various social media platforms. Your role will encompass crafting content strategies, maintaining a positive community atmosphere, and ensuring our gaming communities thrive. Experience in game community management is highly valued, as it will enable you to connect more deeply with our gaming audience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with our gaming community, aligning with game releases, updates, and events.
  • Actively engage with community members by responding to comments, facilitating discussions, and addressing inquiries.
  • Create and curate compelling and relevant content, including posts, articles, images, and videos, to drive community engagement.
  • Monitor community interactions to ensure a safe and respectful environment, enforcing community guidelines as needed.
  • Gather valuable feedback from the community and convey it to the appropriate teams for consideration in game development and improvements.
  • Organize and promote community events, contests, and giveaways to encourage active participation.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and adapt them creatively to enhance our community engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and partners to broaden our community reach and impact.

 

Monthly salary is from 20,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
