The company has two teams: Client Service, which is focused on relationships with our clients, and Client Solutions, which is focused on scaling our operations. Our employees are called ‘Caddies’. 

We’re looking to hire 3-6 new Caddies for our Client Service team!

The Client Service Role

The Client Service team is responsible for:
- Servicing the requests of Cadence’s clients
- Prospecting and onboarding new clients
- Relationship management for our largest accounts

We are recruiting Associates for our APAC team and our Global team. They have identical responsibilities and career tracks, but different geographic coverages and, therefore, different working hours and compensation levels. 

Associates are immediately eligible for a quarterly bonus based on performance of your accounts. Associates are eligible to be promoted to Manager, and thereafter to Vice President.

An example of a day-to-day responsibility you will have: responding to a client's emailed request for a phone call requiring an interpreter, loading the request in our internal project management software (we use Salesforce), reach out to prospective interpreters, and connect the client and the interpreter when there is a satisfactory match.

Ideal background
You are a recent college graduate or have 1-2 years work experience in a sales or customer service role
You studied finance as an undergraduate or have some exposure to the finance industry
You’ve utilized CRM tools in the past such as Salesforce
