About the role
As an LTE/5G protocol algorithm engineer, you are required to contribute to the algorithm design of wireless communication systems for ArrayComm's eNodeB/gNB or client products, including protocol analysis, L3/L2/L1/Digital IF algorithm design and optimization, system-level/link-level simulation and verification, support protocol development or digital IF development. You would work closely with System, L3/L2 Protocol stack development, Physical layer development and Test team, in order to deliver our products efficiently.
- LTE/5G PHY/MAC/RLC/PDCP/RRC protocol analysis and algorithm
design;
- LTE/5G system-level simulation;
- LTE/5G link-level simulation, algorithm analysis and optimization;
- LTE/5G L2/L3 RRM algorithm research, mainly include
scheduling, handover, congestion control, interference management, power
control, beam management, etc;
- LTE/5G PHY key algorithm research, including channel
estimation, equalization and synchronization, etc;
- LTE/5G digital IF algorithm research (CFR, DPD, DDC, DUC).
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is
required with major in communication. PHD and 8+ years of experience are
preferred.
- Enthusiasm for algorithm design, open-minded, dedicated and
easy-going;
- Solid knowledge of 3GPP LTE/5G MAC/RLC/PDCP/RRC/Digital IF,
experience desired;
- Proficient in using MATLAB/C/C++ for L1/L2/L3/Digital IF
simulations;
- Good written and oral English skills.
