About the role

As a Community Management Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the success of our overseas game communities. Your role will encompass shaping the content strategy, fostering a positive community atmosphere, and curating engaging content across various social media platforms. If you have experience in game community management, we consider that a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our overseas game social media communities. This includes content planning, engagement tactics, and community growth initiatives.
• Content Curation: Create and curate content that resonates with our gaming community, fostering discussions, sparking excitement, and building a loyal following.
• Community Atmosphere: Nourish a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our game communities. Monitor discussions, respond to inquiries, and address any issues or concerns to ensure a healthy and vibrant online space.
• Community Growth: Implement strategies to expand our community presence, driving engagement, and attracting new members to our gaming communities.

Monthly salary is from 20,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
