Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Write and edit compelling copy for moomoo App and website, including app description, handbooks, knowledge base info, landing pages, EDM, campaigns, and other content tailored for US audiences.
  • Collaborate closely and effectively with product, design, and marketing teams to localize the App, website, and content and to ensure all English copy is accurate and appropriate for the US market.
  • Help coordinate and improve the process of communications between the Shenzhen based product team and the US users to solve the App issues and feedback efficiently and ensure the excellent feedback user experience for the English-speaking market.

Requirements:
  • Native English speaker. Proficiency in the Chinese language is preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree or above, marketing or financial field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years' relevant post-graduation work experience in creative writing or marketing.
  • Knowledge of growth and marketing.
  • Interest in US stock trading.
  • Attuned to and with an understanding of workplace cultural differences.
  • Based in Shenzhen.
