To be the interpreter executiveassistant to General Manager
Accompany the GM for customerreception and visit
To prepare and edit correspondence,communications, presentations and other documents
To file and retrieve documentsand reference materials
To conduct research, collectand analyze data to prepare reports and documents
To manage and maintain executives'schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
To arrange and co-ordinatemeetings and events
To record, transcribe anddistribute minutes of meetings
To answer and manage incomingcalls
To receive and interact withincoming visitors and external clients
To liaise with internal staffat all levels
To co-ordinate project-basedwork
Other tasks arranged by themanager
More than 2 years experience providing support at a high level
Fluent in both Chinese and English is neceaasry
Bachelors degree an advantage
Knowledge of standard administrative practices and procedures
Strong interpersonal skills with good personal image.
Multi-task working ability
