Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Chengdu. This position is available from the 2026/27 academic year with an immediate start.

Job responsibilities

Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm. During this time, you will:

• Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6, creating an English learning environment
• Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
• Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
• Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis

Qualifications

• Major in Education is preferred
• At least 2-year teaching experience preferred
• TEFL/TESOL/Cambridge English Teaching Qualification

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary up to 24,000 to 30,000RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
