升学指导老师

我们正在寻找宁波一所国际学校的升学指导，2025年8月到岗。

岗位职责:

• 为学生申请海外名校(尤其是美国)提供协助和支持，帮助学生设计个性化的海外名校申请方案
• 根据海外大学申请要求，帮助和指导学生制定高中三年学习及申请计划
• 定期接待海外名校招生官员，组织学生和家长与大学招生官员的见面活动
• 指导学生做好背景提升，如参加各类课外活动等
• 与家长保持良好的沟通
• 参加学校安排的各种培训和会议，积极参与学校的各种宣传活动
• 完成学校的其他工作安排

任职要求:

• 熟悉海外大学的申请程序和录取要求，特别要熟悉美国高等教育体系、美国名校申请流程和要求
• 本科及以上学历，扎实的英语口语交流和写作能力
• 2年级以上与升学指导相关的工作经验
• 具有强烈的责任心，经验精神和团队合作意识
• 优秀的表达和沟通能力

工资福利

• 月薪15-25k，视工作经验及资历而定

Job responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to students applying to overseas prestigious universities (especially in the United States), helping them design personalized application strategies.
• Guide students in developing comprehensive academic and application plans throughout high school, aligned with overseas university requirements.
• Regularly host admissions officers from overseas universities and organize meetings between students/parents and these officers.
• Advise students on enhancing their application profiles through extracurricular activities and other pursuits.
• Maintain effective communication with parents.
• Participate in school-organized training sessions, meetings, and actively engage in various promotional activities.
• Fulfill other duties assigned by the school.

Requirements

•  In-depth knowledge of overseas university application procedures and admissions requirements, particularly the U.S. higher education system and the application processes/requirements for top U.S. universities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in university admissions counseling/guidance.
• Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and team spirit (ability to collaborate effectively within a team).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Salary and benefit

• Monthly salary range of 15-25 k RMB
