我们正在为一所深圳国际学校招聘公民与社会发展及中国历史教师,到岗时间为20258月。

 

岗位职责

  • 根据学校教学大纲和学生实际情况,制定合理的教学计划,确保教学质量
  • 认真备课,准备教案,按照教学计划完成教学任务
  • 关心学生的学习状况,及时了解学生的学习困难,提供必要的辅导和帮助
  • 积极参与教研活动,与同事交流教学经验,共同提高教学水平
  • 负责学生的平时测验、期中和期末考试等评价工作,对学生的学习状况进行科学评估
  • 定期与家长沟通学生的学习情况,反馈学生在校表现,促进家校合作
  • 参与学校相关活动配合学校完成其他相关工作
  • 需每两周为寄宿生提供一次下午稍晚时段的学习支持
  • 除正常职责外,员工须协助课外活动及其他学校职责,包括按校长要求,在课后及学校假期期间履行寄宿或非寄宿职责。校长亦可要求员工参加教育培训课程或研讨会

 

任职要求 

  • 具备相关学位,并持有香港(或英国/中国大陆)认可的中等教育师资培训资格(公民与社会发展及中国历史教育方向),或其他能授予合格教师资格(QTS)的同等教学资格。(若师资培训资格于过去三年内获得,提交简历时请一并提交由实习导师签字的课堂观察记录。)
  • 具有香港课程发展议会(CDCHK)颁布的公民与社会发展及中国历史课程的工作经验和知识
  • 具备用于教学的英语和普通话能力
  • 提供相关且具挑战性的持续专业发展证明

Responsibilities

  • Develop appropriate teaching plans aligned with the school syllabus and student needs to ensure teaching quality.
  • Prepare lessons and teaching materials meticulously; complete teaching tasks according to the established plan.
  •  Monitor students' learning progress, promptly identify learning difficulties, and provide necessary tutoring and support.
  • Actively participate in teaching research activities, exchange teaching experiences with colleagues, and collaborate to enhance teaching standards.
  •  Conduct regular assessments (including quizzes, mid-term, and final examinations) to scientifically evaluate student learning progress.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance and school conduct to foster home-school cooperation.
  • Participate in school-related activities and perform other assigned duties as required by the school.
  • Provide learning support for boarding students once every two weeks during the late afternoon period.
  •  In addition to core duties, staff are required to assist with extra-curricular activities and other school responsibilities, including boarding or non-boarding duties after school hours and during school holidays as directed by the Principal.
  • The Principal may require staff to attend professional development training courses or seminars.

 

Requirements

  • Hold a relevant degree and possess a secondary education teacher training qualification recognized by Hong Kong (or the UK/Chinese Mainland) in the directions of Civic and Social Development and Chinese History Education, or other equivalent teaching qualifications that confer Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). (If the teacher training qualification was obtained within the past three years, please submit a classroom observation record signed by the practicum supervisor together with the resume when applying.)
  • Have work experience and knowledge in the Civic and Social Development and Chinese History curricula promulgated by the Curriculum Development Council of Hong Kong (CDCHK).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English and Putonghua for teaching purposes.
  • Provide evidence of relevant and challenging continuing professional development.

 

Salary & Benefits

  •  According to the Hong Kong Education Bureau (EDB) Master Pay Scale.
