English ESL Teacher

We are looking for English Teachers for a Training Institution located in Shanghai. This is position is available with an immediate start.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver English lessons to students aged 3 to 18 in classes of up to 16 students
• Prepare and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons
• Use the school’s course materials and teaching tools to ensure effective instruction
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and support to both students and parents
• Assign, review, and assess homework and other out-of-class tasks
• Take part in school-organized student activities and events

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• No criminal record
• Eligible for the English teaching visa
• Minimum of 2 years of related teaching experience
• TEFL/TSEOL certificate

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 20,000 to 26,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Monthly housing allowance 2,000 to 5,000RMB
• Monthly performance bonus of 500-3,000 RMB
• Attendance bonus: 600 RMB per month
