Spares Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:
1.  Responsible for manage 3PL daily customs inbound & outbound operations service and customs declaration at Shanghai TSS
2.  Manage local bonded warehouse inventory to ensure high accuracy including perform periodical cycle count inventory audit at different storage locations
3. Expedite the cycle time of customs inbound/outbound and arrange the fastest delivery service to both internal customer & external customer
4. Work with HQ logistics BU to deal with all kinds of shipping issues & variances (shortage/overage); manage service level of freight forwarder to ensure the smooth operation
5. Conduct reverse logistics/RAM including defective parts retune to US
6. Responsible for RMA application for exchangeable parts
7. Warehouse cost analysis and reduction
8. Drive the Root Cause for all logistics/warehouse service failure and come up with corrective actions

Requirements:
1. BS degree or equivalent experience in logistics field warehouse material control movement and customs experience at bonded zone would be preferred
2. 3-5 years related experience in material transaction and inventory control (semiconductor industrial). Excellent data analysis skills and good logical thinking
3. Fluently speak and write English
4. Open-minded aggressive and good customer service and communication skill; can work under great pressures
5. Good at Microsoft Office Excel Word & PowerPoint
