Job Responsibility

     •  Develop and implement the annual school mental health education and counseling plan.

     •  Provide individual and group psychological counseling; support cross-campus services when required.

     •  Deliver mental health lessons for high school students on a regular basis.

     •   Establish and improve student psychological crisis intervention procedures and participate in interventions.

     •   Conduct psychological assessments, student screening, follow-up tracking, and maintain student mental health records.

     •  Organize mental health awareness programs for students, teachers, and parents.

     •   Support teachers and homeroom advisors in handling student psychological or behavioral concerns.

     •  Assist with other student affairs-related duties as assigned.

Job requirements

     •  Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, Education, or related fields

     •  High school psychology teaching qualification required

     •  Psychological counselor certification preferred

     •   Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in education or counseling

     •   Experience in adolescent counseling and school-based crisis intervention preferred

     •   Strong observation, communication, and active listening skills

     •   High level of empathy, emotional regulation, and professional ethics

     •  Ability to work independently with strong sense of responsibility

     •  Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

     •  Strong English proficiency preferred

     •  Quality and effectiveness of counseling services

     •  Timely handling of student psychological concerns and crises

     •  Completion and quality of mental health programs and activities

     •  Collaboration feedback from teachers and school leadership
