Senior Purchasing Manager (Foreign Nationality)

Job Description:
* Implement Purchasing strategy ensuring availability cost and quality of supply materials products and services across the design manufacture distribution and installation of company products & services. in order to meet the business objectives and ensure the business development of the company.
* Coordinate and manage the workload within the team assuring different Purchasing processes and sub-processes applying best standards and optimizing purchase function in order to achieve company's strategy & objectives.
* Analyze and develop the opportunities of cost savings in the area of Purchasing by the extraction of synergies and economies.
* Represent to the Company in the relationship with key suppliers.
* Perform interaction with technology on design to cost of existing and future developments.
* Reinforce the corporate culture with common goals and synergies to tackle market challenges.
* Drive technological innovation and continuous improvement processes to place the Company as leaders in the sector.
* Define investment and expenditure budgets in order to achieve the established objectives in the Company’s strategic plan.
* Carry out the representation of the company before official organisms and bodies regarding performance or geographical scope.
* Establish profitable and sustainable relationships with all Stakeholders.
* Assume the development of the human capital to ensure sustainability.
* Reinforce the corporate culture with common goals and synergies to tackle market challenges.
* Establish and maintain information management and control systems in order to facilitate and optimize decision making in the company with particular attention to cash flow costs and productivity.

Job requirements:
* University Degree or above major in Engineering or MBA.
* Extensive knowledge and hands-on practice of Purchasing management.
* Fluent Spanish can be used as working language.
* More than 10 years relevant working experience.
