Science Teacher

We are looking for a Science Teacher for an international school based in Sanya. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in August 2026.

Located in Sanya, commonly known as the Hawaii of China. This international K-12 school incorporates elements of both Chinese and Western cultures in its kindergarten, primary, middle, and high school divisions. Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of science to middle school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
• Schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:30am till 4:30pm and approx. 25 teaching classes a week

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in science, engineering, or other related fields
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 15,000 to 25,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Monthly housing allowance of 5,000 RMB
