Sales Executive = (8k-10k) Salary + (15%) commission

The Renaud Air story begins with the plight of one parent trying to take care of his family. When Renaud Air founder Iannique Renaud’s son was still but an infant he suffered from a respiratory condition doctors were at a loss to treat. After much research and worry for his child Iannique finally provided his son with relief after investing in a set of air purifiers for his home.

Iannique Renaud set out to help others so he launched Renaud Air which after 8 year of operation now boasts 40 employees spanning 3 cities in Shanghai Hong Kong and Beijing. We help people live free from the dangers of indoor pollutants contaminants and allergens by providing the most cutting-edge residential and commercial air purification solutions on the market. Currently we are expanding to Southwestern China hence we are hiring a talented Sales Executive to join us.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Renaud Air’s products / services and pricing structure.
Identify leads manage prospects and acquire new business.
Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.
Meet or exceed the new business sales goals.
Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with customer decision makers.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
Utilize the company’s CRM on a daily basis scheduling and documenting activities and developing prospective customer profiles.
Complete required activity reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
Regularly meet with Sales Supervisor to review weekly sales activities progress on goals and status of prospective customers.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
Native Chinese with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
Previous cold calling experience or the confidence to do so
Possess strong presentation negotiation and closing skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location department or line of business.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing Sales or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years outside business-to-business or business to consumer sales with a proven track record of success.
One year of experience in a customer-facing sales role
