QE Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Arrange pre-shipment inspection (PSI) to qualify products and control for some promotions.

2. Assist the QC manager for staff and operation management.

* Evaluate and improve the inspectors performance. Provide statistics of PSI to QC manager.

* Work with all departments and suppliers. Analyze the reason of failure and assist QC manager to make special release. Work with project management team.

* Recruit and train new inspectors.

* Coordinate the mobile PSI software development.

3. Carry out PSI if necessary and conduct inspector audit if necessary.

4. Other tasks assigned by management.

 

Job Requirements

1. Very strong Knowledge and experience in power tools and garden tools quality control.

2. Bachelors of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

3. Good English skill in speaking and writing.

4. Be familiar with Microsoft Office.

5. Good communication skill and enjoying cooperation with others.

6. Basic management skill.

7. Ability to work independently and structure own work under pressure.

8. Enthusiastic about diversified work.
