Psychology Teacher

We are looking for a Psychology Teacher for a bilingual school based in Ningbo. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year starting in August 2026.

About the school

This bilingual school is a Chinese-Western integrated international bilingual school jointly established by two century-old schools in China and the United States. It covers three sections: international bilingual kindergarten, nine-year bilingual primary and junior middle school, international high school, and special high school. It fully implements bilingual immersion teaching in both Chinese and English. We will build a Sino-Western integrated teaching system that adapts to the dual channels of high school entrance examination and study abroad.

Job responsibilities

• Teach psychology to high school students using the US curriculum, creating an engaging and supportive learning experience that develops students’ understanding of human behavior, critical thinking, and real-world application
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• 25000-28000RMB Monthly Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
