Primary School Teacher

We are looking for a Primary School Teacher for an international school based in Shanghai. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 school year starting in August 2026.

Job details

• Serve as a primary school homeroom teacher, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across core subjects while creating a supportive, enriching, and student-centered learning environment.
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree Education or related field
• International education IB experience
• Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience in schools 

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 30,000 to 35,000 RMB commensurate with qualifications and experience
