Primary Homeroom Teacher

We are looking for a Primary Homeroom Teacher for an International school based in Beijing. This is a full-time position starting from August 2023.

Job Description

• Help students organize their plans for the day while providing a positive, friendly, and supportive atmosphere daily.
• Plan, deliver and develop outstanding teaching and learning, within a leading IB school in China
• Ensuring the creativity and high quality of teaching and learning of the class
• Fostering a caring atmosphere and showing commitment to the well-being and social and academic progress of each student
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in education or related field
• Relevant teaching experience at international schools
• Meet professional obligations in regards to punctuality and attendance and assigned routine duties
• Meet professional obligations in regards to policies and guidelines
• Communicate with all stakeholders in a professional manner
