Primary English Teacher

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated full-time English Teachers to join International Schools in Nanjing and Nantong for the upcoming academic year

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and strictly follow lesson plans, teaching objectives and syllabus with co-teachers
• Fully prepare and review the lesson in advance together with co-teachers
• Prepare the teaching and learning according to the course handbooks
• Daily communication with co-teachers; weekly and monthly meetings with co-teachers to ensure continuity of teaching content and teaching pace
• Supervise teachers’ performance according to the teaching and inspection handbooks.
• Organize and attend extracurricular activities, such as English Corner, at least twice a week
• Grade students’ assignments and test papers, follow-up with students and parents if necessary

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or above
• 2 years of related teaching experience
• TESOL/TEFL certificate
• Have strong communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 RMB / Month
• Performance bonus after 6 months (related with the result of teacher & students’ assessment)
