Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Hangzhou. This is a full-time position starting in August 2024.

Job details

Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 7:50am to 4:30pm. During this time, you will:

• Teach kindergarten students 3 to 6 years old daily class teaching activities based on the school’s curriculum
• Design and follow complete teaching plans
• Undertake a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
• Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
• Assess children’s performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis
• Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a bachelor’s degree plus TEFL, TESOL certification and / or 2+ years equivalent teaching qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in teaching young children (3-6 years old)
• Passionate and Energetic in teaching
• Excellent English communication skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly Salary of 22,000 to 26,000 RMB before tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Monthly housing allowance of 2000 RMB
