Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Shenzhen. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in February 2026.

Job responsibilities

Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm. During this time, you will:

• Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6 utilizing the IB framework, creating an English learning environment
• Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
• Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
• Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis

Requirements

• Major in Education is preferred
• At least 1 year teaching experience or curriculum related to IB teaching preferred
• TEFL/TESOL/Cambridge English Teaching Qualification

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary up to 20,000 to 24,000RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
