Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for a bilingual kindergarten in Shanghai. This position is starting from the upcoming 2026/27 school year in mid-late August 2026.

Job responsibilities

• Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. During this time, you will:
• Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2.5-6, creating an English learning environment
• Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
• Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
• Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of early years teaching experience, with ages 3–4 preferred
• Outgoing, energetic, and engaging personality
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA preferred

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
