Homeroom Teacher

We are looking for a full-time homeroom nursery teacher at a kindergarten located in Shanghai (on line 9 Lantian Road). The class is up to 15 students. During your lessons you will be assisted by a Chinese-speaking co-teacher or a foreign co-teacher.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans for subjects including language, math, science, arts, music, dancing, storytelling, Lego, PE etc.
• Participate in three parent-teacher conferences a year
• Participate in monthly professional development training
• Participate in promotional and marketing activities organized by the school either within weekdays or weekends
• Participate in the school’s program including Extra Curricular Activities（ECAS）and school promotional activities.

Requirements

• Native in spoken and written English
• Celta, TEFL, TESOL or a similar teaching certification
• Previous teaching experience in nursery school or kindergarten preferred but not required

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary of 20,000 to 24,000 RMB
