Global Perspectives Teacher

We are looking for a High School Global Perspectives Teacher for a K12 school in Hangzhou. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in March 2026.

About the school

This private K–12 school, located in Fuyang District of Hangzhou, spans a 140,000-square-meter campus and currently serves 2,000+ students with a team of 20+ international teachers. The school delivers a domestic-style integrated curriculum across most year levels, alongside an international high school division that follows the A Level program. With a strong emphasis on multilingual learning and interdisciplinary education, it supports students in building solid academic foundations while also developing creativity and artistic strengths.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of global perspectives to high school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
• Assist with open days

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years related teaching experience
• Excellent communications skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 22,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
