  • General reception duties include answering calls and greeting all visitors. 
  • Responsible for office operation, manage mail and express delivery. 
  • Organize and manage conference room bookings, assignments, conference room settings. 
  • Provide all administrative support to internal staff.  
 
 
Job requirements:  
  • Bachelor degree
  • 2 years working experience or master's degree, or full-time intern,
  • proficient in English
  • fluent in Chinese. 
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Advocacy, detail-oriented, results-oriented, wisdom and patience. 
  • Self-motivation, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity. 
  • Good planning and operational skills to ensure efficiency and quality
