Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an International Kindergarten based in Chengdu’s Qingyang district. This is a full-time position starting  in August 2024.

Job responsibilities

Support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday from 8am till 5:30pm (lunch break of 2.5 hours) During this time, you will:

• Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 3-6 as assigned by the school, while creating an English learning environment
• Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
• Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
• Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Eligible for an educational/teacher work visa
• A TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification
• Good communication skills both orally and in writing

• Monthly salary is 21,000  RMB before tax commensurate with candidates’ education background, work experience and qualifications
