Join our dynamic international teaching team at Aviv Education based in Jinan City, Shandong Province in eastern China. Our center is currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic teachers to join us here teaching American English, public speaking, debate, advanced reading and more. It’s the perfect place to gain new knowledge and experience, while living and working in an exciting new location overseas.

Job details:

  • Class content: American English, NSDA speech and debate, English reading and more
  • Kids’ age: Pre-K to High School
  • Class size: 6-15
  • Location: Lixia District, Jinan City; our main center in Jinan and occasionally some local public schools for promotional classes
  • Work time: Wed-Sun, 120 monthly teaching hours max. (anything above 120 hours is overtime), Mon-Tue are days off


Requirements:

  • Must be a native speaker of English
  • At least 1-2 years’ work experience
  • Willing to sign 1-year contract
  • In good health and with no criminal background
  • Open-minded and capable in the classroom
  • Adaptable and dependable


Salary & Benefits:

  • Minimum starting 18K-25K RMB/month, but can be negotiated based on experience
  • Additional 2,000 RMB/month for housing allowance
  • Support for Chinese work visa and permit
  • 10 paid vacation days on top of all Chinese public holidays
  • Round-trip airfare to return home after completing first year

  • Training provided on unfamiliar topic areas (e.g. Public Forum Debate)
