Responsibilities
1. Responsible for team’s operation and lead the team to achieve target set.
2. Make operation plan and execute it in high efficiency.
3. Handle product policy or process changes.
4. Improve customer satisfaction through business development process improvement and tool development.
5. Improve employee satisfaction scores and reduce attrition rates.
6. Engage with peers and stakeholders around the world and work with cooperative companies in an effective and productive way.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
3. 2+ years’ management experience in customer service.
4. Contact center or ecommerce experience is desired.
5. Resilient able to handle changes find creative solutions and manage disagreements.
6. Patient positive and willing to cooperate with others.
