Position: CR Manager

Location: Shenzhen, Guangzhou

Level of the institution: Kindergarten, Finn’s Kindy

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: 14000 - 20000 RMB

Start date: ASAP General

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Two years education related working experience preferred
• Fluent in English and Chinese

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze market information and develop effective marketing strategies.
• Responsible for various types of sales, school enrollment work, achieve the business target.
• Collect and organize marketing activities of the effective customer information and follow up.
• Visit key customers (kindergartens, schools, businesses, etc.) to attract more customers.
• Properly handle customer complaints and maintain project reputation.
• Keep following up potential customers, explore customer needs, and ultimately achieve sales targets.
