Key responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy for new generation product & benchmarking

  • Identification of new market opportunities

  • Effective customer engagement in target segments

  • Conduct market research and define marketing strategies to developing next generation of product.

  • Maintain relationship with advanced teams of the customers.

  • Conduct market surveys VOC & line walks

  • Support & stimulate the culture of innovation to promote added value parts

  • Product Management

  • Consolidate product roadmap

  • Manage product life cycle

  • External Communication

  • Define external communication plan & ensure that material reflects brand positioning

  • Organize techdays and follow-up with sales team

  • Prepare Sales tools such as sample kits / show room / posters / Pictures / data sheet

  • Build the team and develop the capabilities.


Qualification & Skills

  • Education- Bachelor degree or above in marketing or Business or technical degree

  • Working Experience- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in marketing field Management and leadership experience.

  • Excellent English skills both oral and written.

  • Familiar with automotive industry products/markets is a plus

  • Able to engage & interact effectively with internal & external stakeholders customers and distributors with influencing and facilitation skill.
