Responsibilities
- Locate develop negotiate and close sales opportunities
- Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization and build relationships into sales opportunities
- Develop new markets in regions and travel industry verticals
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients
- Create tailor made professional and effective proposals and pitches
- Attend industry functions such as events and conferences to source qualified leads improve the Company’s visibility in the industry
- Using your knowledge of the market and competitors identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators in collaboration with the marketing team
- Pro-actively communicate with management and team members as well as across the Company’s functional teams to optimize client servicing and upsale opportunities
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in business development/sales
- Experience in digital marketing and/or travel a big plus
- Demonstrated skills knowledge and experience in the creation and execution of professional proposals and presentations
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and build networks across the industry
- Ability to quickly develop new commercial relationships and earn trust
- Multicultural work experience preferred especially in China
- Strong spoken and written English and Mandarin skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel
