Key Responsibilities

Develop logistic business strategies and evaluate business opportunities.
Pursue potential investments and asset acquisitions.
Develop new business set-ups.
Invest in logistic projects as well as structure and negotiate deals of asset acquisitions.


Skill Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above in Real Estate/Finance/Economics/Engineering or its equivalent.
6 years’ working experience in investment firm or real-estate company preferably with working experience in foreign investment company.
Proficiency in financial modeling for projects and acquisition of assets is essential.
Strong command of written and verbal English.
Regional investment exposure in the real estate markets & knowledge of commercial properties is an advantage.
