Art Teacher

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join our school for the academic semester in February 2023. The successful candidate will work with approx. 15 expatriate teachers in CEP team. Full training and guidance will be provided.

The school is a private foreign language school which located in Guangzhou; it consists of primary, middle, American high school program, IEP program and a Korean department.

Job details

• Teach the school’s Art courses to primary and middle school students (ages 6 to 16 years old)
• Planning lessons and sequences of lessons to meet student’s individual learning needs and to ensure student’s progression
• Using a range of appropriate strategies for teaching and learning and classroom management
• Maintain a well-organized and stimulating learning environment
• Using learning technologies to enhance learning
• Working schedule is from 8am to 5pm (with 1 hour lunch break), max of 25 teaching periods (35 mins per period) per week

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree, education or education related major preferred
• At least 2-year full time teaching experience
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
• Eligible to apply a Z visa
• Teaching License preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 26,000 – 30,000 RMB per Month
