University English Teacher

We are looking for an English Teacher for a University based in Shuangliu, Chengdu. This is a full-time position starting  in February 2024.

The ideal teacher should be fun, energetic, outgoing and have a high level of responsibility and authority and be more than capable of providing interesting and involving lessons for learners. Teachers should be aware of the basic teaching situation in China, such as the bigger size class, and students may have a specific degree focus which requires the teacher to adjust the teaching plan according to different majors

Job details

• Teaching comprehensive English including oral, listening, writing, British and American Culture, Introduction of English-speaking Countries
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday with 14 teaching hours a week (45 minutes per class) with no office hours

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• More than 2 years’ teaching experience
• TEFL/RESOL/CELTA Certificate is required
• Excellent English communication skills
