Kindergarten English Teacher

We are looking for English Teachers for an International Kindergarten located in Chengdu (nearby South Railway Station) starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2024.

International kindergarten with multiple campuses across the country. The school offers Bilingual and International (North American) curriculum to its students where the Bilingual program offers a half day immersive English program and the international program a full day.

About the job

As the English teacher you will be leading two classes of students through the school’s curriculum as well as assisting with daily routines including introduction to basic English communication, reading, and phonetics, through a series of books, games, and songs that are designed to keep the learning interesting and fun.

• Maximum of 40 working hours per week
• Oversee the implementation of the curriculum
• Monday to Friday schedule 8:00 – 17:00
• Assist in school’s promotional events
• Regular ongoing training
• Support teaching staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• TEFL certificate
• Eligible for the English teacher visa
• At least 1 year of relevant teaching experience preferred
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Energetic, friendly and hard-working

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of up to 25,000 RMB after tax
• Paid two weeks summer and winter vacation
