ESL Instructor for Adults

Join us at our English Training Business center, specializing in teaching English to Teens and Adults in Chengdu.

Job Details

• Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students.
• Make corresponding learning plan according to the level of each student and their enrolled modules.
• Be responsible for teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc..
• Working hours: 25 teaching hours, 10 office hours per week; 2 days off (weekdays)

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelors degree or above
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or 2 years related teaching experience
• Motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching as well as living in a foreign country

Salary & Benefits

• Salary ranging: 12000-18000rmb/month depending on qualifications
• Housing allowance: up to 3000rmb/month
• Quarterly performance bonus of 2500rmb
• Annual flight allowance up to 8000 RMB
• Contract renewal bonus of 3000-6000rmb
