- General reception duties include answering calls and greeting all visitors.
- Responsible for office operation, manage mail and express delivery.
- Organize and manage conference room bookings, assignments, conference room settings.
- Provide all administrative support to internal staff.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- 2 years working experience or master's degree, or full-time intern,
- proficient in English
- fluent in Chinese.
